Your quilting stash is your business. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and a securely scrambled password (we can never see your actual password).
• Your photos: pattern, fabric, and stitch photos you upload, plus the previews we make for you.
• Basic usage info: things like how you use Quilt Preview, so we can keep the app working well.
• Approximate location and device: when you visit or sign in, we record your approximate city-level location and the type of device you use, to understand where our quilters are and improve the app. We never store your exact address or your IP address.

How we use it

• To create, save, and show your quilt previews.
• To run and protect your account.
• To send important account emails (like password resets).
• To fix problems and improve the app.

How your photos are handled

Your photos are stored privately — only you can see them when signed in. To make a preview, your photos are sent securely to our AI image service, which uses them only to create your picture. We don't sell your photos, share them publicly, or use them in ads.

Who we share with

Only the services we need to run the app — secure hosting and storage and the AI image service. We never sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections, private storage, and account-level access controls so your designs stay yours. No system is perfect, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Your choices

• Change your name or password anytime on your profile page.
• Delete any saved preview from your library.
• Ask us to delete your account and all your photos by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights to see, correct, or download your information — just ask.

Children

Quilt Preview is for adults 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy in an important way, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
